1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using wos.lookin.in (the “service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. About the service
WOS Auto Redeem lets you register Whiteout Survival Player IDs so that publicly released gift codes are submitted to the official Whiteout Survival Gift Code Center for those players automatically. Rewards, if any, are delivered by the game to the player’s in-game mail.
The service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising. It is independent and is not operated, endorsed or sponsored by Century Games or any of its affiliates. “Whiteout Survival” and related names and marks belong to their respective owners.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to consent to data processing where you live, to use the service. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms.
4. Your account
- You may sign in with Google or with an email address and password, and you must provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly at support@lookin.in if you believe your account has been used without permission.
- One person may not create accounts to get around a suspension or our limits.
5. Players you add
- Only add Player IDs that belong to you, or that you have the owner’s permission to add (for example, alliance members who asked you to).
- By adding a player you authorise us to submit gift codes to the official Gift Code Center for that Player ID and State, and to check that the Player ID and State are valid.
- You can rename, pause or remove any player on your account at any time.
- Player names you choose must not be offensive, misleading or infringe anyone’s rights. We may change or remove names that do.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
- add Player IDs you are not entitled to add, or submit false information;
- interfere with, overload or disrupt the service, including by scripts, bots or excessive requests to our site;
- attempt to access accounts, data or administrative areas you are not authorised to access;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the service, or bypass its security or rate limits;
- copy, resell or commercially exploit the service without our written permission;
- click on advertisements dishonestly or encourage others to do so.
7. Redemptions: no guarantee
We try to redeem every active code for every eligible player, but we do not guarantee that any code will be redeemed or that rewards will be received. Codes may expire, reach their claim limit, be restricted to certain accounts, or be rejected. The official Gift Code Center may change, limit or stop working without notice, which can delay or prevent redemptions. Redemption status shown on the site reflects the response we received and may not match what appears in the game.
We do not control the game, its rewards or its servers, and we cannot restore, replace or compensate for missed, failed or incorrect redemptions or rewards.
8. The game publisher’s rules
Your use of Whiteout Survival is governed by the game publisher’s own terms of service and policies. The service uses the same public redemption page any player can use and never logs into your game account. However, the publisher decides how its terms apply to automated redemption, and you use the service at your own risk. We are not responsible for any action the publisher takes in relation to your game account.
9. Advertising
The service displays advertising provided by Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the products, services or websites they promote. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them. How ads use cookies is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual property
The site’s design, text, graphics and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. Game names, marks and assets remain the property of their owners.
11. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@lookin.in. We may suspend or close accounts, remove players or restrict access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, to protect the service or other users, or if required by law. We may also modify, suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability or accuracy, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, in-game items, rewards, progress, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to INR 1,000 (or the equivalent in your currency). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service, including adding Player IDs you were not entitled to add.
15. Changes to the service or terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, provide a notice on the site. If you continue to use the service after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that if you are a consumer, you may also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live and bring claims there.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
